Sam’s path to Spotlight Sound & Stage has been shaped by years of diverse audio experience. He has engineered recording sessions and studio mixes as Studio Manager at The Record Co., supported Boston’s vibrant music scene across multiple genres, mixed for regional theater productions at Reagle Theatre, and handled large-scale live sound in sports arenas and convention centers. These experiences gave him a rare combination of technical precision, adaptability, and artistic sensitivity; qualities that are now at the heart of Spotlight’s mission.

Spotlight Sound & Stage was created to make professional-level production support more accessible for artists, theaters, and community organizations. Under Sam’s leadership, the company provides live sound reinforcement, recording, mixing, and stage solutions while also acting as a creative partner in shaping performances that resonate. His work goes beyond simply delivering technical services—it’s about fostering storytelling, amplifying diverse voices, and building bridges between performers and their audiences.

Through both Riverside and Spotlight, Sam remains committed to championing artistry, innovation, and inclusivity. Whether crafting immersive soundscapes for musicals, designing setups for concerts, or supporting grassroots cultural events, he continues to expand opportunities for Boston’s creative community to be seen and heard at the highest level.
